Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Yield: 10 servings

4 cups cranberries

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1 orange, juiced

Rinse cranberries well. In a large saucepan combine the cranberries with the sugar, water and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring often. Reduce to gentle boil and cook uncovered just until the berries pop, about 10 minutes. Add a twist of orange to give a pop of color! 

Chill before serving
