I offer my coaching services to help you achieve change when change is hard. I specialize in guiding individuals on their journey towards optimal Health and Welness by focusing on two critical pillars : Gut Health and Hormone Balance. A healthy gut is critical to good health in all areas of life: sleep, stress management, mental wellness, relationships, brain health and more. Secondly, I am passionate about helping women find Hormone Balance as they navigate the changes they experience in all seasons of their life.  I use a holisitc individualized approach as we work together to create sustainable goals in nutrition and diet, exercise, sleep, relationships, stress and anxiety management and more. As a certified 500YTT Yoga instructor and a Meditation instructor I use the tools of mindfulness, movement and meditation when desired.

Foundation Call

250.00

This is where the work begins! After completing an intake form of your health history, I prepare for a 90 minute session with you where we begin to co create a plan that will help you make sustainable change in the areas of health and wellness that are most important to you. While extremely helpful, this is not essential for setting up a session.

One on One Coaching Sessions

$100.00 per sesssion

 In between sessions you receive email/text support through your portal with supporting documents, healthy and simple recipes, and accountability.

6 Month Package

$875.00

Two sessions a month for 3 months
1 session a month for the remaining 3 months.
 In between sessions you receive email/text support through your portal with supporting documents, healthy and simple recipes, and accountability.



3 Month Package

$575.00


2 sessions per month for 3 months. 
 In between sessions you receive email/text support through your portal with supporting

Group Session Workshop

$30.00 per person for 60 minute workshop
minimum of 4, max of 12

Set up a group of like minded friends to dive in to topics such as "Managing the Pause: Seeking Hormone Balance, "Sweet Dreams: Mastering Sleep", 
"Stress Less, Live More!"
We meet via Zoom or in person

While I will continue to teach a few studio classes, I am shifting my practice to work more with my private clients. If you have a desire to work one on one, with one other person, or in groups of 4-6 up to 8 people, I would love to work with you. Currently I meet clients in their homes, they come to me, we meet in gyms or I meet them in their work place as so many offices now have gyms. I will also continue my work with athletes both one on one as well as for entire teams.

Workshops

Restorative workshops and workshops for stress and anxiety will continued to be offered periodically as will spiritual times of reflection such as advent and lent. Workshops are a fun gathering for friends, teens, running groups, tennis teams and more.
