While I will continue to teach a few studio classes, I am shifting my practice to work more with my private clients. If you have a desire to work one on one, with one other person, or in groups of 4-6 up to 8 people, I would love to work with you. Currently I meet clients in their homes, they come to me, we meet in gyms or I meet them in their work place as so many offices now have gyms. I will also continue my work with athletes both one on one as well as for entire teams.

Restorative workshops and workshops for stress and anxiety will continued to be offered periodically as will spiritual times of reflection such as advent and lent. Workshops are a fun gathering for friends, teens, running groups, tennis teams and more.
