Pineapple Ginger Green Smoothie

Yield: 4 ½ to 5 cups

 2 cups water

½ pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped (about 3 ½ cups)

tangerine peeled

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1-inch fresh ginger

½ bunch kale

1 handful fresh mint

 

  1. Place the water, pineapple, tangerine, water, chia seeds, and ginger into a high-powered blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Then add the greens and fresh mint. Blend again until smooth.
  3. Add more water if needed and blend again.
  4. Serve immediately or store in a glass jar in your refrigerator for up to 2 days.
