Pineapple Ginger Green Smoothie
Yield: 4 ½ to 5 cups
2 cups water
½ pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped (about 3 ½ cups)
1 tangerine peeled
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1-inch fresh ginger
½ bunch kale
1 handful fresh mint
- Place the water, pineapple, tangerine, water, chia seeds, and ginger into a high-powered blender and puree until smooth.
- Then add the greens and fresh mint. Blend again until smooth.
- Add more water if needed and blend again.
- Serve immediately or store in a glass jar in your refrigerator for up to 2 days.
