Weekly Review
Along the same lines as the resolutions we make at the end of each year, it can be incredibly beneficial to do a review at the end of each week. The goal is to tweak what is working, little by little, in a manageable and effective way.
So, how do you do a weekly review each week? Brainstorm things that worked well (did that daily walk before dinner seem to help your mood and digestion?) and things that didn't (perhaps sleep wasn't a priority this week). You can also begin to brainstorm things you'd like to implement, such as more time with friends and family.
It's easy to get swept up in the flow of life and keep going without ever checking in to see if we even like the life we are living. If you love the practice of this weekly check-in, do a more in-depth review each month to touch on habits, goals, and more.
