Bellini Mocktail

Yields 1 serving.

Ingredients

2 ounces peach nectar or juice
4 to 5 ounces sparkling cider
Peach slice or strawberry

Pour peach nectar into a champagne glass, then add the sparkling cider. Garnish with the peach slice if available or a strawberry.

Mint is a nice garnish as well.
