Almond Dipping Sauce

Delicious as a dip for veggies, a sauce for chicekn or fish or 

Combine all ingredients in the order listed in a blender. Puree until mostly smooth, but with some small pieces of almond left visible. Refrigerate

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon plus one teaspoon dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons shallots, minced

1/4 cup pitted medjool dates ~ @ 3 large dates

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup roasted and salted almonds
