As a recent college graduate, you most likely have goals you are working towards or lifestyle changes that you are interested in developing such as managing stress, being more active, eating healthier, finding more overall balance in life, discovering and defining personal values and purpose of life, managing time and relationships.
Health and Wellness Coaching has been shown to be a motivation for implementing these types of changes. You are the expert in your own life and know where you want to go, but maybe you are feeling ‘stuck’ or aren’t sure how to get there…
As a National Medical Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I would love to have you join my 6-week Masterclass on Navigating Life after College.
This 6-week course will have zoom as well as in person options. We will meet weekly for 90 minutes.
What you will receive:
During this 6-week master class you will learn step-by-step how to take control of your Health using the Functional Medicine Approach

Nutrition, Physical Activity, Stress and Time Management, Relationships and Sense of Purpose.
