Cheeseburger Salad Bowl
Serves 4
1 1/2 ground beef, 95% lean
1 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
4 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise (avocado mayonnaise)
1 Tbs pickle juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth
Cook the Beef: - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. - Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. - Cook, breaking the beef apart with a spatula, until it is fully browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the Salad: - Add chopped romaine lettuce to a large bowl and top with cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and red onion - Add the cooked ground beef
Serve: - Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Toss lightly to combine and serve immediately.
