Welcome to In Good Health 4 week meal plan meal!
This flexible plan is completely customizable and contains simple recipes the whole family can enjoy.
Each week, you will receive a meal planner with 7 days of dinner meal plans. Recipes will require few ingredients and typically no more than 30 minutes to prepare. Recipes can be added or removed to your planner with an easy click-and-drag tool and a grocery list is generated. You will have access to a database of thousands of recipes.
The meals I pre-populate in your plan will focus on an anti-inflammatory diet with a healthy balance of macronutrients (Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fats).
