As estrogen and progesterone levels begin to decline, our gut microbiome is significantly altered and we often experience inflammation that affects the entire body. (Not to mention the emotional, mental and psychological challenges that often are present during this season!)
This course will provide and look deeply at evidence-based strategies for addressing menopause related symptoms. You will learn ways to work toward a healthy gut microbiome and hormone balance through dietary modifications and lifestyle interventions. We will look at practical and achievable ways to eat for perimenopause and menopause, focusing on use of practical tools to address menopause related challenges.
