Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Serves 1 ~ Make extra to last you all week! 

2 tbsp rolled oats

2 tbsp flaxseed

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp raisins

1 apple coarsely grated

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

¾ -1 cup milk ~ regular, plant based or soy

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

 Spoon into a jar and palce in the refrigerator to soak overnight.
