Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Serves 3

1 1/2 cups Rolled oats

1/4 cup Honey 

1/4 cup Chocolate chips (optional)

2 tbsp Peanut butter

1 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 tsp Sea salt

2 cups Unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice; divided into 3 parts, 2/3 cup each)

 In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, honey, chocolate chips (if using), peanut butter, chia seeds, vanilla, and sea salt.

Divide the mixture among 3 single serving containers, such as half pint jars, for easy-to-grab breakfasts. Add the milk over each and stir.

Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or preferably overnight.
