Protein Chia Seed Cereal

Makes 1 bowl

1 cup almond or any milk

1 scoop vanilla protein

2 tablespoons chia seed

2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, optional

1/2 cup berries like raspberries and blackberries

Mix the milk, maple syrup if using, and protein powder in a blender.

Stir in chia seeds and refrigerate 15 minutes.

Top with berries, nuts, and/or granola if desired.
