Why it Works:

🌾 Slow-Release Carbs: Rolled oats are a complex carb, so your body breaks them down slowly. That helps you avoid a blood sugar spike and keeps your energy nice and steady.

🌱 Rich in Fiber: With 13 grams of fiber per serving, chia seeds and raspberries help slow sugar absorption and keep you full longer.

💪 Protein-Packed: Greek yogurt adds 16 grams of protein per serving, which helps balance out the carbs in this meal.

⏰ Convenient: Prep it the night before, and breakfast is ready to grab in the morning.
