Chunky Monkey Chia Pudding

If you love chocolate and peanut butter, you NEED to try this

It’s thick, creamy, chocolatey, and loaded with peanut butter and banana goodness and it’s packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

Fun fact: Bananas contain tryptophan, which helps your body produce serotonin—the "feel-good" hormone. So yes, this pudding is happiness in a jar!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 cup non-dairy plain yogurt

2 Tbs peanut butter powder

1 ½ Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

⅓ cup chia seeds

⅓ cup quick oats

2 Tbs maple syrup

1 banana, chopped (just ripe, no brown spots!)

2 Tbs dark chocolate chips

⅛ tsp salt

 

Mix it and chill it.
