Peach Cobbler Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened oat, soy, or almond milk

1/4 cup whole, rolled oats

1/4 cup plain dairy or non-dairy yogurt

1 cup frozen peaches

1/2 ripe frozen banana

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 Tablespoon hemp hearts

 

1.            Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until very smooth.

2.            Add 1-2 ice cubes to thicken or add extra milk 1 tablespoon at a time to thin (per your desired consistency).

3.            Serve in a glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
