Vanilla Date Shake

Serves 2

This delicious "shake" is full of a caramel flavor, high in protein, dairy free and sugar free. SOOOO good!

1/2 cup raw cashews

4 dates

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

3/4 cup ice cubes

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 whole frozen banana

 

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Top of Form

Notes:

  • Add chia or flaxseeds for more fiber, or hemp seeds for a little extra protein.
  • Replace the almond milk with cold brew coffee.
